Sanctuary and Zoom Worship is 11:00 am September-June
sanctuary and zoom Worship is 10:00 am Fathers’ Day-Labor Day Weekend

Dress: Informal. Worship is relaxed. In the sanctuary, at home: Come in what is comfortable for you. No need to “dress up for God” at Bethesda Presbyterian Church! Wear for Worship here ranges from jackets to jeans, piercings to pearls, ties to tie-dyes to T-shirts.

Worship Space: Stunning! Our hardwood floors and pews are refreshingly real - and our acoustics, superb. The stained glass surrounding us is rich, complex, and tells the biblical story in every pane - and our lobby is lavished with colorful Communion artwork from the South Pacific. Also of note: a colorful Psalm 104 mosaic, front-and=Sanctuary-center.

Worship Style: Reverent and Relevant. We at Bethesda Presbyterian are guided by a rich Protestant heritage of conveying the Good News of God’s Beloved Community through four acts: Gathering, Hearing, Responding, and Following. Each Sunday, we conclude Worship with our Charge from Luke 4:18-19: Jesus’ direct words to us to feed the poor, release the captives, bring sight to the blind, and declare debt release.

Music. Looking for classical, gospel, and meditative music led by a top-shelf music director and a choir with four gifted section leaders? You’ll find it here! Looking for contemporary Christian praise music? Great - and that’s just not us.

Fellowship After Worship. At Bethesda Presbyterian, we take seriously and offer joyfully our hospitality! In person: Join us in our colorful lobby for coffee, refreshments and meaningful conversation. If you’d like to linger and visit a bit, Rev. Chuck will remain as long as needed. Zoom worshipers also have an opportunity to converse after Worship.
